I've been going a little over board with the butter and cheese in a week prior to this so I said its about time I cut down and make a few meals which are lo on the fat content. So with that I created this next menu.
Lemon Pepper Mushrooms
Ingredients
Mushrooms (with stems removed)
Salt
1 Tblspn Olive Oil
Garlic Chopped Fine
Lemon Pepper Seasoning (you can try using lemon and pepper it should work :P)
A bit of VODKA or cooking wine even will do.
Preparation
1. Heat the oil in the pan.
2. Put the mushrooms in and add the salt and lemon pepper.
3. The water from the mushrooms will be brought out by the salt and seasoning.
4. Once its drying up add the garlic.
5. Turn the flame to high.
6. Add the vodka and tilt the pan so it catches fire and flambes.
Thats all there is to the mushrooms.

Baked Potatoes with Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients
Boiled Potatoes cut in halves
Olive Oil
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
For the Dressing
Curd
Spring Onions
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
1. Hang the curd till its nice and solid
2. Mix in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic and spring onions and leave in the fridge to cool.
3. Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl
4. Brush it onto the potatoes and bake them till nice and golden.
5. Serve with the dressing on it.
The Smoked Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients
Smoked Chicken Shredded (too lazy to make it :P)
Tomatoes
Spring Onions
Garlic
1 Tblspn olive oil
Preparation
1. Toss it all in a frying pan.
2. Put it between 2 slices of bread and your good to go :P
